While quite a few first-party games are coming to the Nintendo Switch 2, during its recent Direct dedicated to the console, the company also revealed that it has third-party games coming as well. One of these is CD Projekt RED’s epic RPG Cyberpunk 2077.
Dubbed Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition, the game will be available on the Nintendo Switch 2 at the console’s launch. The release also includes the critically-acclaimed Phantom Liberty expansion, which offers up an entirely new adventure for players to take on with consequences that even affect the base game’s story.
Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition will likely push the hardware in the Nintendo Switch 2 to its limits, considering how much of a visual powerhouse the game has proven to be since its release. For more details, check out our review of the base game as well as its expansion.
The game will eventually be joined by several other third-party titles on the Switch 2, including IO Interactive’s Project 007, as well as Square Enix’s Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade.
