Split Fiction

Having delivered two excellent co-op games in A Way Out and It Takes Two, Hazelight Studios is attracting a great deal of attention with its next outing, Split Fiction. Revealed in December, the action-adventure title sees players stepping into the shoes of writers Mio and Zoe, jumping back and forth between each other’s sci-fi and fantasy worlds.

And on the road to launch not long from now, the game has hit a major milestone. Hazelight Studios boss and game director Josef Fares has revealed on Twitter that Split Fiction has now gone gold, which means development on the title has wrapped up. Any work the studio does now on polishing the game further will likely show up via pre-release or day-one patches.

A new gameplay trailer offering another look at the title’s action-packed co-op gameplay was also recently revealed. Check it out through here.

Split Fiction launches on March 6 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Check out its PC requirements through here.
