Following several delays, 11 bit studios’ The Alters finally has a new launch date. It arrives on June 13th for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC, alongside a day-one release for Game Pass. Check out the latest trailer below.

The premise involves Jan Dolski crashlanding and being stranded on a planet where the sun incinerates the surface. To run the mobile base required to survive, Jan creates Alters, versions of himself with unique skill sets based on different decisions during his life.

Conflict inevitably arises, whether it’s one Alter fermenting a rebellion or hacking off limbs. Even something as seemingly straightforward as building a bridge to cross a river of lava can become a do-or-die challenge. Of course, there are other hazards like singularities, distortions, harsh weather, and radioactivity to deal with daily as well.

Stay tuned for more details on The Alters before its launch. You can also check out the free demo available on all platforms.
